This past September, I was struggling to get back on the road after some 3-4 months of a bikepacking trip. What motivated me to finally hit the road was this huge mural I saw inside a bike shop in Cuenca, Ecuador. It read, "When in doubt, Pedal it out". That day, I barely got some 20-mountainous/dirt miles but that eventually lead to a week's worth of rides and then a life changing experience in the mountains of Southern Ecuador..:-) So, good to see that others too suffer with this lack of motivation..:-)

For a strong person, riding would not be too difficult. Starting and stopping would be difficult. They would need people to help them start and stop.
