Turn 79 this month. Just got into cycling again after a 1 year bout with cancer surgery, Radiation and Chemotherapy. Bought an electric bike so I can ease into getting to some form of shape again. Looking forward to the future biking and enjoying life again!
Make sure you mind your macros (carbs, protein, fats/lipids) and your micros (vitamins/minerals).
Biking is intensive, and water is just a small piece of the puzzle.
Good to be older than dirt, ain't it? Very happy you are doing more than simply surviving, you are persevering!
greetings from Vermont! there is still so much to explore on two wheels

Hi Patrick,
Glad you are doing well! I think we would all like to reach your age (and beyond) while still being able to get on a bike. Please inform us as to ebike you have and your perceived strengths and weaknesses of same. Many folks here are interested in ebikes, both young and old, and reviews of specific brands and models, and their features are a great help to others.
Take care,
Jesper
