I hate to say it, but you should peruse ebay and see what is available both condition and cost. You may have the most trouble with the tires (I would not concern myself with the inner tubes, just buy them new in the correct size), but they would be the one thing that I would readily upgrade without having the bike itself being affected regarding its originality. Local bike shops may have some good used parts hanging around for cheap. Craigslist would be a good place to look for a donor bike. I am not personally familiar with the bike so I don't know what it has for original components.

You are looking at an immense uphill battle. If you can't find a fully stock bike, you shouldn't get your hopes up about being able to restore it. The specific parts are going to be rare and hard to come by. It never hurts to ask of course, but certainly what was said about eBay (Mercari too) is your best bet to see what your chances stand at doing thi.

Try to set the bar more humbly for yourself. Don't expect to be original, but open your mind to a build with new components, to give the bike a fresh feel.

I am rebuilding a Haro as well. Nothing except the frame will be original.
