how long is your bike commute?

hello. I have been commuting one way 3 miles or 4,8 kilometers to work on my Dahon folding bike. For the last two months. I know, the number is not impressive, but it feels great both when arriving at the office and when back home. Wakes you up in the morning and improves the mood on my way back, in case it has been a long+tiring day.

There's a good friend of mine whoo used to bike 15 miles each way to the uni research centre ... and back as well. Even when it was snowing or raining, endurance and character righ there! I was wondering if anyone here also does long bike commutes daily? In general - how long are your bike commutes?

I bike every day a looot. But those are mostly w short rides. Five minutes to shop and back, 10 minutes to fitness facility, so I gather some kilometers but with multiple rides. When I was a student, I did 7km one way. Almost 15km both ways, so it is nine miles. Nothing crazy. But there were other classmates who did more than 10km one way to campus.
