bike rides in Denver

i will be visiting Denver in April for 3-4 days, with bicycles on board. there are few members from Colorado on the forum, as I have seen around. can you suggest a nice bike route(s) for family of four (two adults plus 8 and 11 year olds), in close proximity to Denver. preferably off-road with some gravel, nothing too difficult.

Hi, Papa. I can suggest Chatfield State Park trail, for nice and easy stroll with the fam. It's mostly paved.
