Portland bike thefts

On average 27 bicycles stolen in Portland every day, but only 10% find way back to owners. I'm sharing an article that caught my eye on feed today: "Thief picks handcuffs, steals bike owned by Portland Police Bike Theft Task Force leader" (bikeportland.org)
