Help putting on difficult tire

Is there other ways without a tire jack, or hands to fit difficult tire on rim?

You can work the tire bead onto the rim with your thumbs. Check <a href="http://bikeride.com/fix-flat-tire/">this video</a> at about 4:10.

Alex, had to buy new wheel local bike shop thought it was best to replace than try to true wheel, the tire was much easier to put on by hand. Thanks for your reply.
