Slice in tire?

Hey Guys,
Noticed this today... trying to figure out what I ran over to do this?
Can I still ride?...
Anything to do to repair?...
or is it replacement time?

Need to check to see if the cords that comprise the strength of the tire are cut. If they are it's best to replace the tire, but you can "boot" the tire if you must make it last (Google boot bike tire). If there are no cords cut you can repair the slice. There are various methods, but I've never found the need to do it myself or for others (Google again - repair cut bike tire).
