#1
Hey Folks,

I have two offers on the table

Jamis Ventura Race
- 20 pounds
- carbon fork and stays
- ridden for 15km
- $600
- Shimano 105 grouping
- Alex-190 wheels

Jamis Xenith Race
- 17 pounds
- full carbon, frame/fork
- ridden for 150km
- $1100
- Shimano Ultegra grouping
- Mavic Axum wheels

Which is a better deal?

Buy the better bike unless going above $600 really is some kind of hardship. That's a lot more bike for $500. But they both sound like good deals.

Only caveat is if one fits you better than the other. A poor fitting bike will suck regardless.
