E-Type Front Derailleur

When replacing the E-Type Front Derailleur is it interchangeable where the two screws are in the middle? Or is it necessary to replace the entire derailleur on the bottom bracket?

I'm pretty sure the derailleur comes as a complete unit (with the bottom bracket mount attached). However, if you get the exact same derailleur as a replacement, you should be able to replace the top section with those two screws, so you won't have to take apart the bottom bracket.
