Bike Hitch for Roadtrek motorhome

Hi Everyone,
I looking for a bike hitch for my 2008 Roadtrek 190 motorhome (Chevy Expressvan 3500). There is a spare tire on the back left door that extends out 15"
There is a 2" hitch receiver. I will be carrying two Specialized Expedition bikes, possibly more. The two bike hitches that I've been looking at are Thule Apex Swing 4 hitch rack #9027 and Yakima Swing Daddy 4 bike #2422. My main concern is clearing the spare tire, having access to the back right door and getting a secure hitch. Wondering what other options we have. We've been looking but would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

I have been using this spare tire rack for a while. Great for two bikes . I padded the lower section that rests against the tire with a hardware store foam pipe insulation and put two zip ties on it. My car had cutouts under the bumper for hook up, I always tie a safety knot after cinching down the strap.
