Can someone tell me is this broken, and can it be fixed or I need new one? Ty.

It looks like the spring that pulls the derailleur back has broken or slipped. You could try opening up that part of the derailleur by popping off the snap ring that holds it onto the hanger that grabs the frame. Maybe see if the spring just slipped out of its hole. But unlikely you can do any real "repair" on this.

Replacements are pretty cheap. Something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Shimano-Tourney-TX35-Derailleur-Speed/dp/B003ZMH69S should work and you can probably find something cheaper if you search a little or try your local bike shop.

I changed the spring but it continue to behave same. I put a new derailleur and now everything is fine Smile Ty for answer Smile
