Schwinn meridian 26" adult tricycle

I purchased this tricycle the store assembled it but when I got it home the right rear wheel locks up when I roll the bike forward it looks like the rear brake is free what can be wrong?

Since this is a new bike I suggest you call Schwinn at 1-800-626-2811 as it is under warranty! They will give you the support needed!
