What happen to our live chat? Or did someone get us all in trouble and force Alex to turn it off I sure hope not.Oh well it was nice to have.

Yeah, sorry about that. There were some problems, but not from people chatting. Just technical problems that I contacted support about and have still not heard back about. I contacted them again today and am still waiting to hear something. It is disappointing... I'm looking for other solutions.
