I can't see the tread on the front tire, but the rear looks like it's either a Panaracer Dart or a WTB Velociraptor front. Those tires should be on the front, not the rear, since they're directional treads.

No kidding about that Archey, Roller Cams are rare but awesome stopping power!
Good maintenance to your Bike, can make it like the wheels are, true and smooth!

sadly, I have to replace the brakes, they just don't work anymore.

a little bit of oil never hurt anything....take them apart and clean them really good, throw some oil on and try again...new cables too?

definitely new cables, without a doubt. they're all cracked and broken. the levers are also messed up. I went to pull on the front brakes the other day, and a piece of plastic snapped and flew out. don't know what it was or where it went. I'm just going to be safe and replace everything.
