I doubt if it has done more than a hundred miles, it's still got the little mold knobbles on the tyres. Can you take it for a short test ride? If so, take it for a quick spin around the block and if you like it, I'd say go for it. The pump, little saddle bag and bottles would probably set you back $40 or $50 new, so if they're included it's an even better buy.
