@meamoantonio, my apologies.
Unfortunately, currently I have the Instinct with me in Ladakh. So, this night be Instinct specific.
In the Garmin Connect App, I found coaching for Running and Cycling. And, within the Cycling Tab., I could choose between Road cycling, Mountain Biking and Gravel cycling.
Is this what you are asking for? Again, this might be Instinct specific..
I can check the same when I have 245 with me. I left it behind in Southern India..

@SPINMAN, congratulations on the Forerunner 265! Hang onto it—despite occasional frustrations, Garmin’s customer service is solid.
Frankly, for us weekend warriors, a $1,000 watch doesn't make sense with our hard-earned money. If it’s sponsored or a freebie, that’s a different story..:-)

The Coros line seemed to be the most affordable with comparable features as other brands. Ultimately I landed a good deal for the Garmin Forerunner 265 for $249 free shipping. And I love it!
