Schwinn ID help

Hey. I need the help of a Schwinn historian to ID an approx mfg date for an old LeTour. It's sky blue, 2x5, all components are marked "Schwinn Appoved", made in Japan, electrical tape on the bars, skewers on wrong side...

Does 1978 - '81 look right? The 5spd FW takes a Park Tool FW-4. Steel ARAYA rims. Any clues?
