Fall winery/cycling event: advice and promo

Hey everyone,

Would appreciate leads on an event photographer and also advice on ordering quantities of food for an event with 300-400 riders. Obviously, I would rather err on the side of too much rather than too little food.

For context, I am organizing a road cycling event called the Harvest Hundred with three routes (century, metric and 40 mile spin) that starts and ends at winery. Will be give aways and registration includes lunch after. Should be a great event -- see the attached flyer. We'd love to see you there.
