Does anyone know where to find / who has the cheapest long term weekly E Bike Rental Bled.

Either in Bled or anywhere back to Ljubljana.

The best way to look for rentals is simply using google maps for the nearest rental offerings around you. This will bring up a list of bike stores so you can be assured of reliability and authenticity. Try searching e-bike rentals on maps and you can filter results by customer reviews. 4 stars and up
