Your frame (double tubes, rear drop-out) and rear rack look like a Spaceliner (Sears), but it may be a shared frame used on other models. Circa mid 60s. If a Spaceliner (I'm 97.86% sure it is), it is missing fenders and tank light, (springer front end?); could be the base model without chrome.
Take care,
Jesper
