Giro 2023

Hey!
Does anyone follow this year's Giro d Italia race? I've been entertained a lot these days. Some great sprint finishes, unexpected twists & turns in wet road stages, close time trials & more, and more. The tour keeps on giving. A couple of my marks:

- Jonathan Milan has very impressive power; he's quite a sprint prospect with his 6 feet 3 stature and having a great Giro debut;
- The race for GC is wide open;
- It's such a shame for Remco Evenepoel's DNS due to Covid .... I was looking forward to the mountain stages;

What's your bet for GC winner?

Ahh, this was a very exciting Giro! My bet for the general classification was Roglič and it came through. Here in Latvia, We were very happy with Toms Skujins performance. Five TOP10 stage finishes and he came so close to winning a stage. At least, he got to be on the podium for intermediate sprint classification.
