How much is this Fondriest ride could be worth?
#1
Hi guys, my wife was doing triathlons many years ago, she still has her bike and she's wondering how much she could sell it. She has not been cycling since 10 years (kids, you know), so she does not have a clue. She spent more than 8000$ for it in 2005. Any idea how much she could sell it? I hear anything from 75$ to 5000$, really (though it seems to me more around 500-800$). It has triple front chainrings, which I've been told they are more sought-after by beginners, but I've also been told they are worthless.

Thank you for your help!

Hello.
My estimate is $600-$900. Yes, DuraAce is a high-end component group, but the 3x front chainring is not very attractive to a modern road biker.
