Hey guys, i have been thinking about switching mtb to roadbikes. I have shrunk my list in to 2 models which fit my budget. My use case will be 3-4 times a week sport riding in every condition. Here are the 2 models and their specs:

Also there is an another candidate which has a lesser groupset but a good frame and fork also it is cheaper than first 2.

My only comment would be about the wheel/tire size based on your comment "sport riding in every condition". Bikes "A" and "B" both spec 700x25 tires, bike "C" specs 700x38 tires. I would expect you could go a little wider than 25mm for the first two options, and you could probably go with narrower tire on bike "C". Personally, if I was going to use it for multiple purposes, I would get the wider tire option; the other bikes' geometries might prevent you from fitting a tire much larger than what was specified. I ride a road bike with 30mm tires so I can do a little "off-road" riding, but that is as large as I can go; and I would prefer something a little wider still. The only thing is I feel much slower on the roads when going from a 19mm-25 set up (my normal road size range training and racing) to the 30mm. Granted those wider tires are on a heavier frame bike than my serious bikes. Since I essentially have no experience riding on carbon frames/forks (modern) or using disc brakes, I can not provide any real feedback related to those bikes; I noticed one had caliper brakes (simple, lightweight, lower cost repairs/maintenance). If you select the bike that fits your needs and fits your body and riding style you should be in pretty good shape. Those bikes would appear to be decent as far as the component groups fitted. I guess the Bisan (I have heard of this brand {not the "Bison" bike shop}, but not "Carraro") is more of a "gravel/hybrid" style bike, whereas the other two are definitely road bikes. If you plan on mostly decent condition road cycling I would stick with the narrower tire option (you could probably go up to 28mm in tire width, I'd find out from the dealer first); or go for the more "all-around" use bike if planning on an general mix of road, and off-road, packed gravel/dirt riding. You can probably go down a couple tire widths for a faster ride, but at least it will allow you to ride with fairly wide tires if required; again, I would find out what the range of tire widths the stock rim can handle. If you find out the rim width, you can go to Sheldon Brown's site and there is a tire width to rim width guide that will give you an idea as to what will or will not fit the bike rims on the bikes you are considering, but I would still consult with the dealer and rim manufacturer for their specifications/recommendations.
I found something a bit odd in that there were essentially no reviews of those brands, I assume Bisan is made in Turkey; Carraro in Italy; or at least that is where the companies are based out of. I figured that there would be more feedback related to those brands, but not really.
Regardless of your choice; take a serious test ride before purchase if possible.
Edit: I found out that Carraro Cicli is made by Atala/Accell. Atala has been around since the early 1900s.
