I would start easy like the Jordan trail, working up to mill creek and emigration canyon.

Hi tiff,

Welcome!

I can only imagine the areas you have to go biking be it on the road or trails. I live in Florida, to me one of the most boring cycling landscapes in the world; never mind the weather conditions. I have cycled in Europe and various locations in the eastern US. I need to take some time off to go cycling out west regardless of my condition just to see the sites because everyone knows that cycling is the best way to get a taste of the the local landscape and culture no matter where you are. Safe cycling to you! Toss us a photo so we can envy your environment.
