I picked up this bike for $20 and I'd like to do a full restoration. What's the best method of removing rust from the frame? What's the best paint brand? How do I paint this bike? How to fully remove the rust? And what's a good place to find high quality bike parts? And last but certainly not least can somome help me find the exact model this bike is? Dm/pm me for more photos if needed thank you so much .

Edit : one more thing is it possible to do an electric conversion on this bike? I'll be using it to commute to work. And what's a good bike lock to use?

Regarding the rust, you can take a look at this video https://www.bikeride.com/rust-removal/. However, it applies to the surface rust and yours, on the handlebar, looks very rusty. Is the frame rusty?

As for the lock, I would go with a budget folding lock. If you are lucky, you might get a < $40 deal for Kryptonite Keeper or similar reliable lock. Even though your bike is not worth multiple hundreds of dollars, it is still worth spending those extra $10 or $20 in order to have a proper lock, instead of those useless 1mm cable locks.
