Unsure of frame spacing Peugeot Marsielle

I may just go with a custom wheel set now, I just wanted to know if a 700c wheel set would fit on my bike.

I just have to buy a front brake with a shorter reach, and find a place near by that makes custom wheels.

Thank you for all the help and new knowledge.
