Mangoose XR100. How old is it? How much was it new? I got it for free.

I got it for free, it needs some work and parts. They are not manufactured anymore. When was it manufactured? How much was it new? Are they good bikes?
Thanks.

Yep, it's a cheapie, but that doesn't mean it's not fun to work on, especially if it was FREE.
What parts does it need?

Not bad for a freebie! Hold the seatpost and rear swingarm of frame, if you can feel excessive side play in the frame it's a write off and only good for spare parts
