Serfa saddle problem
#1
I have a Serfa saddle, relatively new for my bike, and took a tumble yesterday. The saddle somehow popped out of the metal frame and I can't figure out how to torque it back in. The rails have such little flex I can't seem to bend them at all, anyone have any suggestions. Any help would be appreciated

Thats a first for me, try putting the prongs in first, then squeeze the saddle butt plates together to elongate the saddle a bit all while hanging the nose off the edge of a table and pushing down on the nose and pop the rail in the nose. A pet octopus might come in handy

Thanks, I admit I gave in and took it back to the shop where I bought it. It took 2-3 guys to get the job done. They said they had seen it before with some Serfas and some were more difficult than others to fix. Next time I'll try to have bike land on me

thanks for the update, but the way I look at it.. "If ya ain't thrashing ya ain't crashing and everybody like me loves a good crash now and again! Thats why I am expert at the art of tuck and roll! Rock and ride on!

I had the same problem. I took a dremel, made a slot on the side of the plastic where the hole was, then popped it back in and put some Bondo Fiberglas repair over it. two 40+ mile rides and still going... *fingers crossed*
