Cleaning chain with diesel fuel
#1
is it okay to clean chain with diesel fuel? may it harm chain or sprockets? i couldn't find a suitable solvent to clean the chain. so i used diesel fuel to clean chain and drivetrain. i use finish line cross country as a lubricant.

Just make sure it is cleaned off and dried good so it doesn't get on your frame paint. Also to keep the lubricant from breaking down.
Good maintenance to your Bike, can make it like the wheels are, true and smooth!
