I have had a Topeak Joe Blow Pro pump for close to five years. I have considered it the best bicycle pump I ever owned. It has done me very well over these five years.
Now, however, it has developed a problem. I began noticing that once the pump was attached it failed to completely seal, that is, there was the sound of air escaping until I started pumping, but the pumping pressure easily overcame the back pressure and it wasn't a serious problem. Now, however, it has gotten worse and the back pressure cannot be overcome even while pumping. Basically, it just lets all the air out of the tube.
Can this be fixed? Are there some replacement parts available? I'd hate to have to throw this pump away.
