Playing pickle ball and cycling gains because of it
#1
Pickleball is a new craze these days that a lot of people are getting into nowadays, it’s the perfect sport for seniors where they can still play competitively against younger people (I got beat up by an 80yro lady) so it is a lot of fun and very easy to get into

Bow here’s the interesting part for us cyclist,
So I measured my heart rate date and kept a check on my perceived effort during a 4hr (2hrs actual play 2hrs rest) open play session and realized the effort exerted while playing can be equated to a true Zone 2 work out on a bike

What do you guys think?
Is this a good alternative way to socialize while also getting gains for cycling?
