This is my heavily upgraded Hardrock. It's great for blasting around Welsh trail centres, and proper natural cross country/All-mountain stuff.

...and here is my Downhill bike I got a few months ago, and I love it!

i just bought a 2010 Hardrock and for the money, i love it! my local LBS is very thorough at setups and it ran great right away. i've upgraded a few things, but for the $365 that i spent on it, i'm very happy!
I love the Hardrock. My buddy asked me to overhaul his bike for him, I ended up keeping it for a few months, I put about 265 miles on it. It rides like a dream. I had forgotten how responsive a hardtail is.
Here we are at Santos.
His bike is the one on the left.

Thats exactly what happened when I overhauled my brother GT Avalanche. I got so used to riding my full suspension, I too forgot just how much CONTROL you have with a hardtail.
