New: Vitesse Signal Giveaway's Winner Announced

Information on bike ( Raleigh )
#1
Hello
I am new to this forum and very interested in repairing bikes for a hobby. I found a bike in a dumpster that is a Raleigh Pioneer and it has a serial # RA1 00837 and was wondering if anyone can tell me how can I tell what year it was made, if that is at all possible. Needs a good wash a new tubes but other than that it is okay. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks..Greg
